Job Objectives岗位目标:

配合公司效果图组完成项目设计效果图的制作。

Main Responsibilities岗位职责：

负责效果图制作及修改,认真完成设计师布置的工作；

对空间有把握和处理能力，有较强的时间观念，合理规划时间以保证按时顺利完成项目。

Requirements任职资格：

从事效果图制作4年以上工作经验，较强的艺术感和色彩感，并能对方案有较高的领悟力和深化表现能力；

深厚的美术功底，审美能力和效果把握能力强，能够独立完成设计方案的效果表现制图；

具有效果图设计制作经验，能独立完成多项工程的室内及建筑效果图；

熟练运用3Dmax, VR,PS,CAD等相关软件，熟悉效果图制作流程,能独立完成效果图的制作,同时对SKETCHUP熟悉者为佳;渲染及后期能力优秀者为佳；

对制图标准及规范有一定了解，对效果图表现有深刻体会；

具备一定的美学基础，协助设计人员，更加完善表达设计内容；

具有较强的语言表达及沟通能力，积极配合设计师的工作，有较强的团队合作能力；

热爱设计,对工作有责任心;能自觉完成分配的任务;良好的团队协作与沟通能力。能承受一定的工作压力；

有酒店效果图制作经验者优先。
