UMiA was established in 2019 by multiple domestic highly experienced architects. The aim is to provide customers with the highest quality design service from all aspects and all stages of each project. Including high standard residential buildings、 hotels、 luxury apartments、office buildings、schools、urban complexes、master planning, etc.

Creating high-quality and Innovative designs is the specialty of UMiA. Our creative chef designers have designed many top projects in the past ten years in China, which have achieved considerable market influence. These projects include the largest W Hotel in Asia (W Xi‘an) which was selected the most popular architecture in 2018 and was the Spring Festival celebration site. Tahoe Courtyard Collection (Beijing Courtyard, Xifu Courtyard, Beijing Lichunhu Courtyard, Nanjing Courtyard, etc.) and many other well-known developments in China. In 2016, the works by our designers ranked top three places of Beijing villa type real estate sales market. As a newly established experienced boutique design company, UMiA will continue to provide design expertise through excellent design service.
