任职资格：
1、建筑、规划专业本科或以上学历；
2、从事本专业技术设计工作四年以上，具有大中型工程项目从方案至扩初、施工图设计主要参与者的经验；
3、具有本专业一定的理论基础，了解基本建设程序,技术标准、规范、规程；
4、熟练使用计算机绘图技术（Cad、 天正、Sketch up、AI、ID、Photoshop等）； 掌握其他基本计算机工作软件（Word、 PPT）。
Architect
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Architecture or Urban Planning major.
2. At least three years working experience in architecture design field with experiences from conceptual design, design development, and construction detailed drawing for large and medium size projects.
3. Have theoretical basis, better understanding construction process, technical standards, specifications and procedures.
4. Proficient in various computer graphics tools (Cad, TArch, Sketch up, Indesign, Photoshop), and other basic office softwares (Word, PPT).
